All items purchased on Aiffro are eligible for unconditional return and refund within 30 days after delivery, as long as they are unused, without any scratches or damages that would affect resale. Shipping fees are non-refundable after the products have been shipped.

Returned items must be protected using the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documents. Aiffro will not cover the shipping fees for non-quality-related returns.

After receiving the return confirmation from Aiffro, the buyer will be provided with the return address. The item should be returned to the designated address, and the tracking number should be sent to for tracking and order inspection.

Please include the following information in your return request:

2. Video or photos of the faulty product (if applicable).

3. Complete delivery address.
